La actuaci\u00f3n incluye tambi\u00e9n la <strong>urbanizaci\u00f3n completa de la parcela<\/strong>, con zonas de aparcamiento, \u00e1reas de circulaci\u00f3n y espacios verdes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde el punto de vista estructural, la nave se resuelve principalmente mediante <strong>p\u00f3rticos de hormig\u00f3n armado y forjados de losa<\/strong>, mientras que la cubierta se ejecutar\u00e1 con <strong>celos\u00edas met\u00e1licas<\/strong> que permiten generar una singular <strong>geometr\u00eda en dientes de sierra<\/strong>, elemento clave en la imagen arquitect\u00f3nica del edificio. La cimentaci\u00f3n se realizar\u00e1 mediante una <strong>losa de 60 cm de espesor<\/strong>, encargada de transmitir las cargas al terreno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>fachada<\/strong> se proyecta con <strong>paneles prefabricados de hormig\u00f3n con aislamiento incorporado<\/strong>, combinados con zonas en <strong>composite mediante sistema de fachada ventilada<\/strong>. En la planta alta destacan los <strong>muros cortina de aluminio y vidrio<\/strong>, que aportan luminosidad y refuerzan el car\u00e1cter tecnol\u00f3gico del conjunto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las <strong>instalaciones<\/strong> adquieren un papel fundamental debido al uso previsto del edificio, especialmente la <strong>instalaci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica<\/strong>, que concentra aproximadamente la mitad de la inversi\u00f3n destinada a este apartado, reflejando el alto nivel de exigencia t\u00e9cnica del proyecto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con esta actuaci\u00f3n, Abeconsa refuerza su experiencia en la ejecuci\u00f3n de edificaciones industriales y tecnol\u00f3gicas de alta especializaci\u00f3n, contribuyendo al desarrollo de infraestructuras vinculadas a la innovaci\u00f3n y la investigaci\u00f3n
